    From a recent estate sale is a booklet titled: War In the West The Indian Campaigns by Don Rickey. This was published in 1956 by the Custer Battlefield Historical and Museum Association. The booklet has 37 numbered pages. As far as I can tell it is basically an overview of the Indian Wars from after the Civil War until the turn of the century. I have not read this so can not give a more detailed explanation. The booklet is in good condition.
