2"x3" heated plate set for your Dewalt Heavy Duty Clamps with 600lbs Clamping force
(1) pair of 2"x3" plates
(1) Dual Cartridge Heater with external Thermocouple
(1)Pid Controller with usa 110v plug
CLAMP NOT INCLUDED, HOME DEPOT STOCK ITEM
These are designed for a max temp of 275f to prevent melting of the plastic on the clamps
Plates are 6061 USA aluminum and Milled IN Bozeman Montana
these are designed for the Dewalt clamps so modifications may be needed if you want to use on other clamps
we have designed and tested these press blocks, others on ebay bought our items and tried to reproduce them with inferior products so beware. OUR items will have our logo on them
Milled By Us in Bozeman Montana from one solid block of Billet Aluminum

*****Press and Plates Get hot when PID controller is turned on, do not touch or move once controller is turned on. Do not Move or adjust until plates are completely cooled.****
*** Prolonged use may damage the seals in your ram if they get too hot, it is advised to let cool  periodically.***
Rosin Press Plates are a must have for your 10 ton or 20 ton shop press.
***heaters are a consumable as they degrade and burn out after prolong usage**
