    Description

    Straight from an estate sale in Kentucky comes this rare Civil War 9th Corps Badge Pin. The 9th Corps was formed on July 22, 1862 and commanded by Ambrose E. Burnside. The badge has a wonderful vintage patina. It has some tarnish spots, but I think it only adds to the character of the piece. Measures approximately 1 5/8” X 1 3/4”. I understand that some soldiers wore these on their hats and some on their uniforms. Great addition to any collection. Buyer pays shipping.
