    This is an original Civil War period Providence Tool Company set of handcuffs, makers mark at top of cuff, comes with a very scarce original key....iron, older weld at one of the cuffs, minor wear and use marks, overall a good example for any collection. From my private collection of militaria , in my collection for over 35 years, time to downsize.
