    Description

    Two Notgelds. First, a 50 pfenning dated 1918 and a 25 pfenning dated 1920. Both uncirculated excellent.
    Notgelds were produced in Germany during a time of extreme inflation that occurred after World War I. This emergency money was mostly issued by towns which created historical and often colorful collectible images.
    The notgelds that I will be listing are authentic from my family who had a store in Germany during that time. Most are in uncirculated sets. Some rare.
