    Description

    Notgelds from Lubeck Germany. 8 in photo, plus I’m sending 2 others that are damaged from being stored so long for a total of 10. They all have the authenticating embossing which is a small floral near the bottom edge.
    Notgelds were produced in Germany during a time of extreme inflation that occurred after World War I. This emergency money was mostly issued by towns which created historical and often colorful collectible images.
    The notgelds that I will be listing are authentic from my family who had a store in Germany during that time. Most are in uncirculated sets. Some rare.
