Baby's First Mirror by Johnson & Johnson Child Development, 1985.  Made in USA.
Includes plastic attaching hardware and a 16-page Play and Learning Guide.
The frame measures about 13.25".  The mirror is made of plastic and measures about 11.5" across.
The mirror is clear and bright, but it has been played with so it does have some scratches and worn areas. Please look closely at the photos for a better idea.

The blue frame has areas of discoloration, especially in the back, where you can see the outline of the crib bars as the color goes from the original blue (behind the crib bars) to a darker shade where the light hit it.
Comes with a blue plastic threaded tube and screw to hold the mirror in place on a crib. The diameter of the screw is 1 5/8"; if you plan to attach this mirror to a crib please make sure it fits between the slats!
It also has two holes on the back for hanging on a wall.
