    Here's a nice uncleaned 1857 Flying Eagle Penny dug long ago on private land at the early war battlefield of Ball's Bluff, on the upper Potomac River near Leesburg, Va. I believe I can say it's a much better looking coin than the pics show. The date is nice and readable, and it's in overall very nice condition. A very nice addition to your relic collection.
