  • Condition: Civil War Era US Confederate Army 15" Diameter Military Tenor Drum. Drum head is 15" and drum height is 16.25". No markings anywhere on drum. Drum in nice shape overall for age. Has grooves carved in where rope threads through as shown and other wear. Rope is in rough shape. Many spots where rope is fraying or has broken. Has a 2 page document from collection but no provenance other than what it states on paper. Extra drumsticks weren't with drum, but came from Nesmith collection and are included. See photos.

    Civil War Era US Confederate Army 15" Diameter Military Tenor Drum.  Drum head is 15" and drum height is 16.25".  No markings anywhere on drum.  Drum in nice shape overall for age.  Has grooves carved in where rope threads through as shown and other wear.  Rope is in rough shape.
    Many spots where rope is fraying or has broken.  Has a 2 page document from collection but no provenance other than  what it states on paper.  Extra drumsticks weren't with drum, but came from Nesmith collection and are included.  See photos.
    This item will be shipped FedEx as it is a very large box.  If buying multiple listings, please let us know and wait for combined shipping invoice before paying.
