Blippi Color Reveal Water Doodle Mat Drawing Painting Kids Art Toy Creative Kids.
This was bought new by me and used by just my daughter about half a dozen times.  She just got older and has so many art items now so we are downsizing and painfully getting rid of this :( lol.  This is a great art mat.  It uses just water.  In the brush, marker, and on the stamp pads, for stencils and all the activities.  Its mess free, and has a whole range of activity options a rainbow of fun and Blippi!  Everything is here, including the 2 sheets of Blippi stickers it came with (minus a few on one of the pages) with the exception of the blue shapes stencil.  The box is not in perfect condition.  (Some of the corners are worn a bit.)  See pics for details.
