18ft Old Town, Otca "Sailing Canoe"
From the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA): The Old Town Canoe with serial number 115060 is an 18 foot long AA (or top) grade, Otca model with red Western Cedar planking, open mahogany gunwales, mahogany decks, mahogany thwarts, mahogany seats, a keel, a floor rack, and a bang plate along the full length of the keel. It was built between December, 1934 and July, 1936. The original exterior paint color was navy blue. It shipped on July 10, 1936 to East Hartford, Connecticut.
Serial # 115060. Includes the original sail and mast.
Condition: Very good used condition. Newly oiled to restore the wood; newly repainted bottom; repairs made to original seat for strength.
